Business and training provider awards
Are you a business employing apprentices or trainees? Or a training provider or part of a collaboration that has provided vocational education and training? You might be eligible for the Tasmanian Training Awards.
The Tasmanian Training Awards are not just about rewarding individuals. Employers, industry bodies and training providers play a big part in the skilling of Tasmania.

Large Employer of the Year
Presented to a business or enterprise that employs 100 or more full time equivalent employees and has achieved excellence in the provision of nationally recognised training to its employees. Tell us about why training is important to your organisation and the role it has played in advancing your business.

Small Employer of the Year
Presented to a small business that employs fewer than 100 full-time equivalent employees and has achieved excellence in the provision of nationally recognised training to its employees. Tell us about why training is important to your organisation and the role it has played in advancing your business.

Industry Collaboration Award
The Industry Collaboration Award recognises exemplary skills development collaborations between at least one employer/industry body and at least one organisation delivering nationally recognised vocational education and training.

Large Training Provider of the Year
The Large Training Provider of the Year Award recognises a large registered training organisation* (RTO) that offers a range of training products and services and that demonstrates excellence and high-level performance in all aspects of vocational education and training.
* Nominees must have 500 or more students enrolled at the time of nomination

Small Training Provider of the Year
The Small Training Provider of the Year Award recognises a small registered training organisation* (RTO) that offers a range of training products and services and that demonstrates excellence and high-level performance in all aspects of vocational education and training.
* Nominees must have fewer than 500 students enrolled at the time of nomination
