About Mas National

Setting you on the pathway to success

Mas National (Mas) has been delivering employment and Apprenticeship support services across Australia for over 25 years. We partner with businesses and individuals to facilitate Apprenticeships and other workforce participation opportunities across all industries.

Mas is proudly part of the IntoWork group and is an Australian Apprentice Support Network (AASN) provider, providing support services for job seekers, Apprentices and employers.

Our Service Streams

Mas Experience

As a trusted Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) provider, our Mas Experience team facilitates thousands of Apprenticeships across Australia each year. Apprenticeships are not just for trades-based industries. It is an opportunity to bring in fresh talent and create a workplace culture of personal development and loyalty. We streamline and simplify the process. From recruitment to administrative support and guidance — we’ve got you covered!

Mas Transition

This Service Stream encompasses a range of support services for those seeking a career change, unemployed young people or retrenched workers. Each program is designed to engage, support and empower individuals to find the right path to further education, training and employment.

Mas Mentoring, Executive Coaching and Networking

We provide support and guidance to individuals, particularly those who have been placed in an Apprenticeship. In addition, businesses receive guidance and expert advice from our Business Consultants. The Mas Mentoring program is FREE to join and connects business people of all backgrounds to learn and share their knowledge.

Mas Careers

We work with a range of people one-on-one to provide tailored career advice and resources. Whether they are looking for their first job, in between jobs or wanting to take their career in a different direction – Mas has you covered!

Mas Allied

Our Allied Health professionals are dedicated to providing compassionate care for your mental health. Through personalized strategies and support, we aim to help you navigate life's challenges and enhance your overall well-being.

Supporting Women in Trades

With the aim of helping women discover the wide range of career opportunities available to them in the world of trades, our Mas Mates, a group of five dynamic women, along with the support of our Careers Team, have established a program dedicated to empowering women in trades.

Utilising programs like Esher House and Harrisons Assessment, help our Mas Mates and their Careers Team to define and drive what type of careers women will get the most satisfaction from, but more importantly in those areas that will drive mentoring and training support throughout their Apprenticeship.

The career advice we offer is fully funded meaning there is no cost to you. You will also have access to our online job matching system.

Mas is proud to support Women into Trades!
