Mas is a national not-for-profit that works with businesses (from small businesses to larger corporates) and job seekers to provide key employment support services. With over 30 years’ experience, Mas has a strong customer focus and our solutions are tailor-made to every customer.

Mas is proudly part of the IntoWork group and is an Australian Apprentice Support Network (AASN) provider, providing support services for job seekers, apprentices, trainees and employers across Australia.

Our Services

Mas Experience

Apprenticeships and traineeships are not just for trades-based industries. We partner with businesses and individuals to facilitate apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities across all industries. The Mas Experience team helps set up your business with the specialised skills and knowledge it needs for today and the future. It is an opportunity to bring in fresh talent and create a workplace culture of personal development and loyalty.

As a trusted AASN provider, our Mas Experience team facilitates thousands of apprenticeships and traineeships across Australia each year. We streamline and simplify the process. From recruitment to administrative support and guidance — we’ve got you covered. These vital support services help grow the uptake and completion of apprenticeships and traineeships with end-to-end support services.

We make apprenticeships and traineeships easy. Learn more at www.masexperience.com.au

Mas Transition

We facilitate engaging, interactive programs to assist jobseekers in developing valuable skills so that they are better equipped to enter (or re-enter) the workforce. Programs are aimed at:

  • Working with disadvantaged, long-term unemployed youth to develop key workplace and life skills
  • Engaging with employees who are facing redundancy or retrenchment to assist them with transitioning into alternative employment

Mas Mentoring and Networking

We provide support and guidance to individuals, particularly those who have been placed in an apprenticeship or traineeship.

In addition, businesses receive guidance and expert advice from our business consultants.

We also offer a free online mentoring program for businesswomen through Collective – an inclusive group for women in business. Founded in Tasmania and powered by Mas, Collective now operates in Tasmania, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. Collective runs networking events which provides a platform for connecting and inspiring women in business from diverse backgrounds.

Mas Careers

Whether you want to get your foot in the door of your first job or are seeking a career change, Mas is here to help you find the right career. Through one-on-one sessions, our team of qualified experts will help you discover a career you’ll love. They can provide advice and coaching specific to your situation, needs and goals.
