Hints for completing your nomination

- Read the Assessment Criteria carefully. Make sure you address each one. Use the assessment criteria as headings in your submission.
- Remember you will be assessed from the information provided in your submission so back up your statements with practical examples and demonstrated evidence.
- Assume the judges do not know you or your organisation. Give them a clear understanding of your training and work achievements and/or organisation’s achievements.
- Think of your nomination as an application for a job or a contract. In your submission highlight what you think might make you/your organisation stand out above all other nominees.
- Make sure you check how many pages you should write. Do not go over the maximum number of pages as they will not be assessed as part of your nomination
- Don't put original documents, such as certificates, in your attachments.
