Verifies contractors' Compliance Plan and advises you, the contracting agency, of the results of the verification;
within 14 days of receipt verifies bona fides of apprentices and trainees claimed as receiving training from contractor and sub-contractors(s) in the Interim Compliance Report and advises you, the contracting agency;
from the Final Compliance Report verifies bona-fides of apprentices and trainees claimed as receiving training from contractor and sub-contractors(s) and advises you, the contracting agency, within 14 days from receipt; and
in the case of contractor non-compliance during the period of the contract, provides a consultancy service to you, the contracting agency.
