The Self Assessment Evidence Report Templates [Word 165.5KB] provide a resource to assist prospective and existing GTOs to record evidence of compliance against the Tasmanian Operational Requirements and the National Standards for Group Training Organisations. The template provides a consistent format for GTOs wishing to undertake self-assessments or internal reviews and can also be used as evidence for external audits.
The Continuous Improvement Report Template [Word 35.5KB] provides a consistent format for GTOs wishing to record where there is no evidence of compliance with a Tasmanian Operational Requirement or National Standard or where there are opportunities recommended for continuous improvement and for GTOs to record their response to an opportunity for improvement including a priority ranking and target date.
The GTO Registration Checklist [Word 81KB] allows an organisation to keep a track of where they are as they progress through the registration process.
A requirement of registration in Tasmania is that an organisation must provide a Monthly Host Placement report to TTAC.
Other reports include an Annual Report to TTAC on group training operations and identified operational data upon request. No template is available for the Annual Report but details to be provided are available in the Registration Toolkit.
The Notification of Intent to Register [Word 29KB] as a GTO in Tasmania is provided for organisations who are seeking to provide group training services in Tasmania for the first time.
The Notification of Intent to Re-register for existing GTOs is no longer required.
Joint Group Training Program Funding Templates

This GTO Queries regarding JGTP Funding Quarterly Report [382KB] template provides a consistent format for GTOs funded through the Joint Group Training Program to record queries concerning eligible training contracts listed on quarterly reports.
