Grant Q&As

Q.  Is there a limit on the number of places an RTO can apply for?

A.  While there is a degree of speculation with this program, the number of places applied for needs to be achievable.  Skills Tasmania reserves the right to negotiate the details of any submissions.

Q.  Does the industry support need to be on the template?

A.  To be consistent and transparent, it is our preference that the template provided is used for industry/employer support.

Q.  How do we you know when the list of qualifications is amended e.g.:  training package upgrades.

A.  Prior to the grant closing date, an email will be sent out to all Endorsed RTOs advising them of the updated list as and when necessary.  After successful notifications, the list of qualifications available under the Career Start program will be published on the Career Start website.
