Some of the costs of the RTO may be met by the government. This is the case if the learner is an apprentice/trainee or in a specified area where the government has targeted training needs.
Your RTO should advise you if they are receiving funding for the training of your staff. Even in these circumstances the RTO may ask for additional contribution to cover extra costs.
As well as the direct costs to the RTO, there may be additional costs which need to be factored in.
These costs however should be off-set for your organisation by better productivity, staff morale, new techniques and processes and a quality product.
Remember, you're paying for the service, so shop around, look for the best deal and obtain a quote.
